Republican Events SATURDAY, May 3rd - General Election for 6th Congressional District Everyone registered in the 6th District can vote! Go to www.geauxvote.com to view the ballot for your precinct. Choose to exercise your right to vote! WEDNESDAY, May 14st - LFRW Spring Member Conference will take place at the Sheraton Baton Rouge Convention Ctr. on the Baton Rouge River front. Wednesday activities include Lunch at 11:00, address by Treasurer John Kennedy and the LFRW 55th Anniversary Reception at the Governor's Mansion from 4:30 - 6:30. Registration for the two-day Conference is $55 until May 5th, after which the fee will be $60. NO "DAY OF" REGISTRATION! THURSDAY, May 15st - LFRW Spring Member Conference, Continued... LFRW Day at the Legislature. Thursday will begin with a 7 to 8:30 breakfast at the hotel for Conference attendees only. Speaker will be Jason Hebert of Americans for Prosperity. Then, off to the Capitol for Committee Meetings, lunch and the Session. (You do not have to be registered for the Conference to take part in the Day at the Legislature.)
